Shenzhen Sino-Benny LPG Co., Ltd (“Sino-Benny LPG”) was founded on March 29,1995. The company has a registered capital of US$29.71 million, a total investment of US$99.71 million, of which Shenzhen Gas Corporation Ltd. lays out 70% and Marubeni Corporation, Japan 30%.The company concentrates on the storage, processing, sales and warehousing operations of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG),with headquarter based at No.3013 Shahe West Road, Nanshan District Shenzhen.lts LPG terminal is located near Dapeng Bay, Shenzhen. In April 2005 Sino-Benny LPG acquired a 99 percent stake in Shenzhen Gas Co., Ltd. In July 2011, Sino-Benny LPG (Hong Kong)Co., Limited was founded in Hong Kong .

Approved by the State Development Planning Commission (SDPC) and located near the beautiful Dapeng Bay, Shenzhen, Sino-Benny LPG terminal has built China’s first large-scale low-temperature aboveground LPG storage tank and covers an area of 75,700 square meters.The terminal has one 80,000-stere propane refrigerated storage tank and one 80,000-stere butane storage tank, eight 100-sterage high pressure horizontal tanks, as well as 3 loading and unloading berths, of which berth 1 is for 50,000 DWT-class refrigerated LPG carries and berth 2& 3 for 5,000 DWT-class. The facilities include 10 lane lorry racks. The terminal is with approximately one million tons capacity per year
